Return Policy for Defective or Incorrect Products

At RIKOR, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we’re here to make it right. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are only accepted for items that are:
    • Defective or damaged.
    • Different from what you ordered (wrong item, size, or color).
  2. Claims must be submitted within 6 days of receiving the product.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Whatsapp number 8904525546with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.
    • A description of the issue.
    • For quicker resolution, we recommend providing a video of the product unboxing. This helps us verify the issue more efficiently.
  2. Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the return and issue a pre-paid return label.

Refunds and Replacements

  1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
    • Issue a replacement for the correct or undamaged product, OR
    • Process a full refund to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 6 days of receiving the returned item.

Important Notes

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. This policy applies only to defective or incorrect products. Regular returns or exchanges for other reasons are not accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
