Replacement Policy for Defective or Incorrect Products

At RIKOR, we are committed to delivering high-quality spiritual and home décor products.
If you receive a defective item or a product different from what you ordered, we’re here to make it right through our replacement policy.


Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are only issued if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong item (different product).

Claims must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.


How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8904525546 with the following:

Your Order Number

Clear photos showing the issue (damage or wrong item)

A short description of the issue

An unboxing video, to help us verify faster

Once approved, we will provide instructions and arrange a free replacement or solution.


Replacements & Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and verify the issue:

A replacement will be sent for the correct or undamaged product, OR

In rare cases, we may process a refund to the original payment method (if a replacement is not possible)

Replacements or refunds are processed within 6 working days of confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

⚠️ If in any case a return is made, delivery charges of Rs 200 (factory to customer & customer to factory) will be deducted.


Important Notes

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging (if return is required).

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect address.

This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video for faster resolution in case of any issues.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Timelines (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
